How you can help
you can contact mcf at

manchesterclimateforum@googlemail.com

1) Get active on Climate Change (groups like afsl, Friends of the Earth, Call to Real Action, Green Party can help)

2) Show your friends and family what you're doing and ask them to join you

3) Come to Climate Forum meetings with an open mind and details of whatever you're doing that you want other people to help you do (there's always a 'jobs shop' element).  Publicise Forum meetings by adding the event to your facebook, printing off posters/flyers and sticking them on work noticeboards.

4) Download and print off copies of Manchester Climate Fortnightly and give them out to vaguely interested friends. When MCFly blogs something you like, forward the address onto your friends.  Join the MCFly facebook group and then invite your friends to join too.

5) Make youtube videos about climate change.  Tweet about climate change.

6) Learn about the City Council and what it is(n't) doing about climate change.   Pressure it to do more by
a) contacting your councillor
b) contacting Richard Cowell, the Executive Member for the Environment
c) getting your friends and family to do a) and b)

7) Keep learning, keep doing. Don't get discouraged or complacent.  Learn from your mistakes, learn from your successes.
